      Pyramid in Rapa

      Pyramid in Rapa – a mysterious structure hidden among forests and swamps serves as the tomb of the Prussian von Fahrenheid family. Inspired by the Egyptian pyramids, the building was built around 1811. Seven people are buried there, the bodies were naturally mummified thanks to specially created conditions. Through the windows you can see 7 wooden coffins. After the war, the tomb remained open for many years. The vandals desecrated the corpses, decapitated them and left them lying in open coffins. A few years ago, the peace of the dead was taken care of and all entrances to the tomb were secured with bars. The history of this pyramid hides…
